Grandma Hoerner’s Foods, Inc is located in Alma, Kansas. All orders are shipped UPS from our Manufacturing Center in Alma, Kansas. Orders can be tracked online via UPS.com. All in-stock orders should be shipped within 3-5 business days. If a product is out-of stock the customer will receive contact about an alternative, date available, or refund. Delivery Surcharges: Certain items are oversized, heavy, or require special packaging (perishables) and are more costly to ship. These items have a delivery surcharge noted in the parentheses after the price of the item. Please note this delivery surcharge is in addition to our standard shipping charges on the order form.

Additional Information: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
