-
Crispy Onions 1 small bag
- Bacon bits 1 small bag

- 1 small red onion or Finely chopped
Toppings
Directions
Step 1. In medium sauce pan, cover eggs with water. Bring to rolling boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and run cold water over them. I like to pour a cup or two of ice over them as they sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2. Peel your eggs, then halve, and separate the yolk to another bowl. Place the white halves on a pretty dish and set aside.
Step 3. Let’s make the filling by mashing the yolks to a fine consistency ( I love using a steel pastry cutter, it’s the best).
Step 4. Add mayo, mustard, vinegar, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 5. I use a small spoon to fill each of the whites.
Step. 6 This is the fun part! Add your selected savory Grandma Hoerner’s Jam, just a tiny spoon full on top. Then add any of your selected additional toppings. I like to top with the crispy onions and bacon as it adds so much flavor and texture! 😊 Do the eggs all in a different way to create a beautiful array of eye catching eggs. Your guests are going to love the burst of flavor in every one they try.
- Enjoy!
