Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Grandma Hoerner’s Apple Maple Bacon Jam

2 Organic Skinless Chicken Breasts

3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
-
2 Slices Gruyere Cheese
-
Mixed Greens, Arugula, or Sprouts
-
½ cup Chicken Broth
-
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Season the Chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then saute in a pan with the Olive Oil until golden brown. Add the Gruyere cheese on top of the chicken until melted. Top with a handful of mixed greens, arugula, or sprouts. Spoon Grandma Hoerner’s Apple Maple Bacon Jam on top, then add the chicken broth to the pan. Cover with a lid and steam for 3 to 5 minutes until everything is warm and steamed. Serve with your favorite coleslaw and slices of fresh red plums or red pears. Enjoy!
