Regina’s Mango Chili Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 12-16 chicken legs (or use your favorite cut)

½ cup McCoy’s Real BBQ Sauce (use basting brush and cover top of chicken)
- 1 jar Grandma Hoerner’s Mango Chili Lime Sauce
- 3 fresh cloves Garlic chopped

3 Tbsp chopped shallots or white onion
- 1 can Pineapple chunks – drained

½ cup chicken broth

3 Tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place chicken in a 9x13 baking pan. Using a basting brush, brush the chicken with McCoy’s Real BBQ Sauce. Add remaining ingredients, covering the chicken. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees and is golden brown.
Serve over rice
