Pecan Pie Bars
6 oz. cream cheese
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 Jar Grandma Hoerner’s Pecan Pie Filling
4 Tbsp Butter
Let cream cheese and butter soften to room temperature. Blend together and add flour. Mix well and chill several hours.
Press into bottom of 9×13 pan.
Put one jar of Grandma Hoerner’s Pecan Pie Filling into blender & process only to chop nuts slightly, set aside.
Beat 4 eggs.
Melt 4 tbsp. butter and cool it slightly.
Add eggs & butter to pecan pie filling and mix well.
Stir constantly and pour over dough in 9×13 pan.
Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until mixture is set.
