Dark Chocolate Raspberry Bars
2 cups Flour
2 sticks Butter
½ cup Light Brown Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
1 bag Dark Chocolate Chips
1 14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Grandma Hoerner’s Seedless Raspberry Preserves
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Grease a 9X13 pan.
Pulse flour, butter, brown sugar, and salt together in a food processor until it begins to come together. Press 3 cups of this mixture into pan. Bake about 10 minutes, or until browning begins on the edges.
Melt 1 cup of dark chocolate chips, then combine with can of sweetened condensed milk. Spread this mixture over warm crust.
Crumble remaining crust over pan in random fashion. Spoon ½ tsp dollops of raspberry preserves randomly over pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling and slight browning occurs at edges.
