Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

2 cups granulated organic sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups Grandma Hoerner’s Natural Big Slice Apples

4 cups organic all-purpose flour
-
2 tsp. baking soda
-
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
-
1 tsp. allspice
-
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
-
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well. Stir in Big Slice Natural Apples and set bowl aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine organic flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Stir into sugar mixture until combined and dough like. Add in walnuts.
Add your muffin cups to muffin baking pans or spray your muffin baking pans with non-stick cooking spray. Add batter to each cup filling about 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until your knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let stand for about 5 minutes then remove muffins from pan and serve.
