Grandma Hoerner’s Foods, Inc is located in Alma, Kansas. All orders are shipped UPS from our Manufacturing Center in Alma, Kansas. Orders can be tracked online via UPS.com. All in-stock orders should be received within 5-7 business days. If a product is out-of stock the customer will receive contact about an alternative, date available, or refund. Delivery Surcharges: Certain items are oversized, heavy, or require special packaging (perishables) and are more costly to ship. These items have a delivery surcharge noted in the parentheses after the price of the item. Please note this delivery surcharge is in addition to our standard shipping charges on the order form.
