Skinny Orange Chicken

Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces (or leave as whole, depending on how you and your family prefer). Add to crock pot without any liquid. There will be enough juice from the chicken for cooking.
Cook the chicken on Medium or High for 1 1/2 hours. Rotating the chicken about 1/2 way through.
While the chicken is cooking combine McCoy’s BBQ Sauce, Grandma Hoerner’s Orange Marmalade and Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce into a bowl and mix together well.
After 1 1/2 hours drain any juices in the crock pot from the chicken. Pour the mixture over the chicken making sure it is well coated. Add in the yellow onion.
Cook for an additional 2 hours or until chicken is completely cooked through.
Serve over brown rice with a side of vegetables. *You can add Red Pepper Flakes for a bit of spice*
