Ingredients

Grandma Hoerner’s Pineapple Jalapeño Jelly
1, Pack of Jumbo Shrimp (fresh or frozen), peeled and deveined
1, Pack of Turkey Bacon (you can also use pork bacon)
Toothpicks
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
Wrap shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
Line a baking sheet with extra heavy duty foil, and place baking rack in pan. Place the shrimp on the rack, and top each with Grandma Hoerner’s Pineapple Jalapeño Jelly
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp is light pink and bacon is crispy. *Careful to not overcook the shrimp. It can get very rubbery if overcooked*
Enjoy as an appetizer or over rice as a entree.
