Bourbon Pecan Bread Pudding
8 cups bite-sized bread pieces
4 Large Eggs
6 Tbsp Metled Unsalted Butter
Tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter
Grandma Hoerner's Pecan Pie Filling
Prepare a 9×9 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and spraying well with non-stick looking spray.
Place all bread pieces into baking dish.
Pour 2 Tbsp of melted butter over bread
In a large bowl, mix together Grandma Hoerner’s Bourbon Pecan Pie Filling, 4 Eggs, and 4 Tbsp of butter until mixed well.
Pour evenly over the bread piece. Use a rubber spatula to push the bread pieces around in the dish until all are coated.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream!
