Apricot Kissed Salad
1 tablespoon Grandma Hoerner’s Organic Apricot Reduced Sugar Preserves
1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine first five ingredients, whisk in olive oil. Toss with a salad of mixed greens, chicken breast, raspberries, goat cheese, and almonds.
