In a small bowl combine ¼ cup Grandma Hoerner’s Pineapple Ginger Chutney, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve on lettuce leaves. |
