Pineapple Ginger Chutney Lettuce Spread

iStock_000004731646XSmallMix together 3 cups cubed cooked chicken, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 cup golden raisins, and 4-oz. Monterey Jack cheese (1/2” cubes).

In a small bowl combine ¼ cup Grandma Hoerner’s Pineapple Ginger Chutney, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. 

Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat.  Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.  Serve on lettuce leaves.
