Grape Peanut Butter Thumbprint Cookies

peanutbuttercookie1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter (do not use generic)
1 jar Grandma Hoerner’s Organic Grape Jelly

 

Mix together egg, sugar, and peanut butter.  Form into golf ball size balls, flatten slightly.  Make an indentation with your thumb and fill with jelly.

Bake 7-10 minutes at 375 degrees.  Eat when cool. Makes 12 cookies.
