Dunk panko-crusted chicken strips, breaded shrimp or spring rolls in this sauce: Combine ¼ cup Grandma Horner’s apricot preserves, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon minced shallots, ½ teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tsp Salt free garlic and herb seasoning Olive oil 2 Tbl of Dijon mustard 1 Tbl of Red wine vinegar 1/2 cup of Grandma Hoerner's reduced-sugar apricot preserves Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together 3 cups cubed cooked chicken, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 cup golden raisins, and 4-oz. Monterey Jack cheese (1/2” cubes).

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers (about 30 wafers) ¼ cup Grandma Hoerner’s Organic Strawberry Preserves 1 ¼ cups chopped almonds, toasted

Whisk together ¼ cup Grandma Horner's Organic Apricot Preserves, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon less-sodium soy sauce, 1 ½ teaspoons Sriracha, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Brush over pork or chicken as it cooks.

Stir together 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened; 2/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries, 1/3 cup Grandma Hoerner’s Orange Marmalade; and ½ cup chopped walnuts. Chill 4 hours.
Serve with sliced turkey and fresh arugula on toasted ciabatta bread.
